Julie Marzouk is an attorney, author, and strategic problem solver with 20 years of experience in legal advocacy, policy analysis, and non-profit coalitions. Julie is the founder and principal of Marzouk Evolve Advocacy Consulting. Julie began her legal career at Bingham McCutchen before directing various non-profit law firms, including the immigration department of the Public Law Center. Julie served as an Assistant and Associate Law Professor at Chapman University. While at the Fowler School of Law, Julie directed the law school's Family Protection Clinic which represented immigrant victims of domestic violence.
Julie's work has appeared in scholarly literature, as well as local, international, and Jewish media outlets. Since October 7, 2023, Julie has published nearly twenty articles on antisemitism and anti-Zionism. Julie is a board member of the Jewish Federation of Orange County. She has served on the Communications, Thought Leadership, and Rapid Response Committees of the Rose Council. Julie was a founding board member of the Intelligent Advocacy Network. Julie holds a BA in Political Science from Brandeis University and a JD from UC Berkeley School of Law.
